Littmann 4000 electronic stethoscope. The Littman electronic stethoscope features eighteen times the amplification (25dB) of the most advanced conventional stethoscopes, making difficult sounds easier to hear. Three frequency response modes to choose from for optimal heart and lung auscultation: Bell (20-200 Hz), Diaphragm (100-500 HZ), and Extended Range (20-1,000 Hz). Able to digitally record and store sound on six distinct tracks. Instant playback of recorded sounds available at normal and half speed. Capable of infrared transmission of recorded sounds to another model 4000 or to a PC. Includes a built-in LCD display on the chest piece for easy viewing of the heart rate. Chest piece is sized for adult or pediatric patients and features a nonchill rim. Includes soft sealing ear tips, anatomically correct headset, two AAA alkaline batteries for 20 hours of continuous use and a one-year warranty.
